Terms & Condition

All orders will be subject to confirmation only on receipt of a minimum advance (Non-refundable) equal to 25% of the total cost. This advance will be adjusted in the last bill.

All tiles will be supplied duly marked "GICO". The Company will not hold itself responsible for any damaged caused to the tiles during laying & grinding or thereafter.

Laying & Grinding of tiles should be done as per the requirements of IS:1443-1972.

Whereas all efforts are made to maintain the standard of colours, a slight variation in shades may occur owing to procurement of cement/pigments from different sources. The samples of tiles are only to give a general idea, as the tiles will be delivered in semi-finished condition. It is only after grinding and curing you'll get the finished look.

If desired, may be carried out at our facility before the despatch of tiles/date of delivery. Our responsibility ceases once the tiles are despatched from the factory.

These tiles are guaranteed against defective materials and manufacture and are sold subject to standard terms & conditions of Sales. While we endeavour to ensure that any advice, recommendation, specification or information we may give, is accurate and correct. But we do not posses direct or continuous control over where or how the tiles are applied, accept any liability either directly or indirectly arising from the use of these tiles wheather or not in accordance with any advice specification, recommendation or information given by us.
